TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Territory: Wales

Salary: c£18 - £35K (depending on experience) + Car allowance up to £5K OTE £40 - £94K uncapped.

Due to expansion, there are vacancies for two Territory Account Managers to join the field sales team. This key role will entail proactively growing and cross selling into a number of active and dormant accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities. You will sell a broad portfolio of products and services including MPLS, WAN, Data, VoIP, Network Services and Voice Solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven Sales track record in the telecommunications industry, have strong Account Management skills and have the ability to develop long term business relationships. You will have sold a range of WAN services such as VPN, MPLS & Ethernet to the MLE/SME sectors. You will be comfortable with dealing at Director level and creating an ROI.

The position will be a combination of home based and working from our HQ in Croydon.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Based in Croydon
Salary: to £25K (depending on experience)

This role is to work closely with the Sales Director on planning and execution of marketing and sales activities and to support the company with marketing collateral and both internal and external communication.

The role will cover co-ordination across all areas of marketing and will gain the candidate a broad knowledge and experience of the key marketing fundamentals, such as copy writing, website content management, customer relationship management (CRM), sales campaign co-ordination, sales support, marketing communications & research.

Key tasks:
Lead generation & Sales support
• Working closely with sales team on lead generation planning and execution through marketing campaigns and customer events
• Planning, fulfilment and reporting on Marcoms activities across the stakeholder audience
• Supporting sales team in tender responses and other sales activities

Client relationship management & Communication
• Development of collateral including Press Releases, Presentations, Brochures, Flyers etc.
• Work with the sales team to identify good customer stories and develop new testimonials, case studies as part of a customer reference programme
• Manage website content including regular news updates
• Manage Search Engine Optimisation including social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter

Customer database co-ordination
• Creating campaigns/sales call lists in customer database
• Creating and exporting lists including marketing lists (targeted lists for campaigns/ canvasing etc.)
• Assist in development of CRM marketing functionality

Other responsibilities
• Sourcing and management of cooperative marketing funds, including ROI monitoring
• Maintenance and further development of company Intranet
• Research market, promotions, editorial opportunities etc.
• Liaison with external contacts, such as marketing and design agencies, venues, consultancies and business partners
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by the appropriate Manager / Director

Qualifications and experience:
* Marketing degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the telecommunications or technology environment
* Experience and a good understanding of the key principles of the marketing mix
* Proven campaign implementation and management skills
* Creative and responsible with strong spoken and written communication skills
* Proven project management experience, good time management and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and adapt projects to changing goals
* Experience in using and maintaining customer databases
* Proficient in business software applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* Knowledge of designing HTML will be an advantage
